Escalations with empathy

With the development of this blog, I aspire to continue evolving as a Customer Service expert.

Starting March 7, 2026, I plan to publish a post every Saturday.

This blog is also available in Spanish.

About me

My name is Cristhian, and I am the creator of the blog Escalations with Empathy.

I have five years of experience in Customer Service, and three years handling escalated contacts.

I speak Spanish because I was born in Colombia, and I speak English because I really like video games.

I am decent with Excel, good with Photoshop, an avid reader, and a professional writer.

I graduated as a Social Communicator - Journalist in 2011, and since then I have continued my studies in areas such as Business Administration, Literature, and Artificial Intelligence.

I am 39 years old, married, and Catholic.

I like reading books and manga. I like watching anime, movies, and series. I am interested in various genres such as comedy, romance, horror, action, suspense, fantasy, and science fiction, among others.

I have a habit of using many references to give examples and make myself understood. I apologize in advance for any spoilers you may receive from me: they are necessary for clearer communication.

Get in touch with me using the Contact Form available on this blog.

You can also find me on LinkedIn.
